  • Do you accept insurance?
    No. Stick With Us Mobile Phlebotomy Specialist does not accept insurance for any of our services. However, insurance information will be collected at the time of service to submit with the specimen for lab testing. SWUMPS is a private pay concierge service. Specimen collection services are provided and billed by Stick With Us Mobile Specialist. Laboratory testing is billed through your insurance.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We ask that you notify us of any change of schedule or cancellation 5 hours in advance. Or if a phlebotomist is unable to collect the specimen due to: (the patient refusing, No Call / No Show, fasting blood draw was scheduled but the patient ate food, the patient did not drink plenty of water, the patient not available to be drawn etc.) The patient or agency will lose your deposit.
  • How long should I be fasting?
    You should be fasting for at least 8-12 hours before your blood draw. You can drink as much water as you like and take your prescribed medications unless otherwise directed by your doctor.
  • What kind of specimens do you collect?
    My doctor gave me a container to collect stool/urine. Are you able to deliver that for me? Yes ! We provide a specimen pick-up service. Everything must be labeled with the correct collection time and date and the doctors orders on arrival. Please make sure that you have stored and collected the specimens the correct way. If you are not sure how to do either please contact your lab or doctor for instructions. As the lab can reject specimens if not collect correctly or stored correctly.
  • Where can I have my specimens collected?
    We come to your home, workplace, nursing/assisted living facility to collect your specimens. 
  • Do I need doctors orders ?
    Yes and No. If you want your testing to be covered by your insurance company, then you will need an order from your doctor.  If you do not have a doctor you can order test through one of our partner labs and pay for the tests at a discounted rate.
